We all have heard the name Toyota and a lot of people prefer to use their cars from all over the world. But Toyota never started out in the automobile industry. The very first logo design of Toyota was a by-product of the result of a public competition. During this competition, it was suggested that the name should be changed from Toyoda to Toyota. The winner of the competition designed the name Toyota and represented it with a blue and red, diamond-shaped emblem. After 1989, the design was changed during their 50th anniversary of the company. The logo design was simple three ovals combined together which is used even today. The logo might look simple at a glance, but there is an interesting story behind it, and the design has a lot of elements. According to the company, apparently, the designers spent five years to design the logo so that it would be accepted everywhere. The very first time this design was seen on their luxury vehicle in 1989 in the month of October. After that, it was found in every Toyota vehicle.<\/p>\n
